SCOPE

Ground Floor Common Spaces, 4 Levels of Hotel Rooms and Base Build areas.

There are a total of 86 rooms, comprising of the following layouts;

• King Suite

• King Accessible Suite

• Double Twin Suite

• Dual Key Rooms

• One Bedrooms

The concept was for a natural look/feel that would tie in with the canterbury setting.

​

The contract was split between 4 and 5 star, the developer providing a 4 Star Hotel, and the Client upgrading certain items to 5 Star to improve the overall functionality and design.
